Refund & Service Policy
This Refund & Service Policy outlines how WebCoreVital charges for services, handles project approvals, and manages full, partial, or no refunds.
1. Service Charges & Payment Structure
For website development, SEO, performance optimization, or related services, we follow this payment structure:
- Advance Payment: 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins.
- Final Payment: Remaining 50% is due before final delivery or website migration.
- For small projects under a defined budget, full upfront payment may be required.
- Monthly services (SEO, maintenance) are billed in advance.
No work will begin until the initial payment is received.
2. Project Approval Process
- Client provides project requirements in writing (email or documented form).
- We provide proposal/quotation with scope of work.
- Client confirms scope and makes advance payment.
- Development begins based strictly on approved scope.
- Preview or staging link is shared for review.
- Client must provide feedback within 5 business days.
- Final approval confirms project completion.
Any additional work outside the agreed scope will require a revised quotation.
3. Full Refund Policy
A full refund may be granted only if:
- The project has not yet started.
- The cancellation request is made within 48 hours of payment.
- No design, development, research, or work has been initiated.
4. Partial Refund Policy
A partial refund may be issued if:
- The project is canceled after work has begun but before 50% completion.
- The refund amount will be calculated based on work already completed.
- Administrative and payment gateway fees may be deducted.
5. No Refund Policy
No refunds will be provided in the following cases:
- Project is completed and delivered.
- Client approves final design or development.
- Delay caused by client inactivity exceeding 15 days.
- Change of mind after work has started.
- SEO services after initial strategy implementation.
- Performance improvements dependent on third-party hosting limitations.
6. Revisions Policy
- Up to 2 revision rounds are included unless otherwise specified.
- Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
- Major changes after approval are treated as new projects.
7. Client Responsibilities
- Provide required content, access, and materials on time.
- Respond to feedback requests promptly.
- Ensure third-party licenses (themes, hosting) are valid.
Project timelines may be extended due to delays in client communication.
8. Digital Products (Plugins)
For downloadable digital products:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.
- Refunds are granted only for verified technical issues.
- License misuse voids refund eligibility.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties agree to attempt resolution through mutual discussion before pursuing legal action.
